I've worked with men and women facing sex and pornography addictions, challenges I've personally navigated. Through my journey and in supporting others, I've come to understand that the core of addiction often stems from a misalignment with our deepest values. This misalignment manifests as a perceived lack of love, financial security, influence, acceptance, respect, and more.
I'm convinced that overcoming addiction and enhancing life in any aspect is achievable through realigning with our core values and integrity. I assist men and women in reconnecting with these fundamental principles, fostering a life of authenticity and value-driven decisions.

I failed to keep promises and vows to my beloved Laura, concealing aspects of my life, including my use of pornography and the extent of alcohol use.
I’ve engaged in behaviors that contradicted my commitments and values, including visiting seedy massage parlors, and even paying for sex.
Despite my hard work and savings, I constantly felt the sting of financial insufficiency, as if what I had was never enough.
I turned to excessive drinking as a way to cope with my deep-seated shame.
As a respected public servant, I lived a life that was at odds with the values I publicly espoused.
I neglected my health, leading to significant weight gain, persistent fatigue, and ongoing back pain.
I often found myself reacting with undue anger towards my family, a reflection of my inner turmoil.
My clients build lives rooted in integrity and clear values, positively influencing every aspect of their existence.
Spiritually: Clients discover a sense of connection, recognizing the presence of a guiding force greater than themselves. This leads to a profound surrender and acceptance of the life they aspire to, embracing its abundance fully.
Physically: They reclaim their innate energy, redirecting what was once dissipated into focused, purposeful action. This shift not only boosts their vitality but also reverses chronic conditions, propelling them into their best physical shape.
Mentally: Clients learn to separate their identity from their thoughts, moving away from limiting beliefs towards empowering ones that reflect their true essence. They acknowledge the significant role of thoughts, words, and actions in crafting their reality, taking complete responsibility for their life's direction, and stepping away from a victim mentality.
Emotionally: Enhancing their emotional intelligence, clients learn to welcome all emotions without judgment, understanding that these feelings do not define them. They embrace life's full spectrum, cultivating gratitude, love, and joy in their journey.
My Journey
A second chance, and a new life.
My journey of transformation began unexpectedly when I opened up to my wife about my infidelity and my struggle with sex addiction linked to pornography. Confronting my deepest fear of potentially losing my family, job, and the life I knew was the most daunting challenge I've ever faced.
Years later, another significant crossroad emerged, driven by a mandate for the Covid vaccine. As a Fire Captain, I was forced to choose between my career and my principles regarding medical freedom. I chose to honor my beliefs, leading to the end of my esteemed career in the fire department.
Looking back, this turning point was a hidden blessing, a common revelation in retrospect. Relocating to Eastern Tennessee marked the beginning of a new phase focused on my true passions. Now, I have the freedom to set my own schedule, spend quality time with my family, expand my coaching business, delve into real estate, and pursue Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
